hmmn...and i am not ashamed to admit that....though i forget every year what it really means for a country to be a republic..
atleast on the occasion of 26th Jan...i make it a point to go through the wikipedia to confirm...what i recollect from last time..for those like me whose memory is temporal.....as per the wikipedia...
